Mobility as a Service combines different modes of transport into one unified service offering. Multiple transportation services are collected together and reached with a single intuitive user interface. Imagine a trip from Helsinki to Amsterdam, door to door, using a single ticket or better yet a subscription. Or imagine mastering daily transportation with a touch of a screen. At the same time MaaS is also a shift away from personally owned modes of transportation and towards digital mobility service.
