Product Manager, Subscriptions, and Pay-Per-Use for Microsoft Dynamics 365

Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager for Subscriptions and pay-per-use for Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join our Product management team.

Subscription and pay-per-use business models are a megatrend in B2B. Good Sign subscription management system is at the center of our customers’ financial operations. It is the data hub offering information and tools to sales, customer operations, product management, and accounting.

We are building an even stronger partnership with Microsoft. It includes offering Good Sign Subscription Management for companies using the D365 platform. Also, many of our integrator partners are Microsoft partners too. Our goal is to grow our partner business by deepening our partnership with the current ones and by onboarding new partners.

As a Product Manager, you are responsible for our packaged Subscription Management Solution for SaaS companies. It helps customers to automate their pricing and billing, enabling full control of the customer contract portfolio and offering transparency to the process, as well as flexible reporting.

About The Role

As a Product Manager, you follow the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft Partners, analyze the trends and requirements, and translate those to product features to help our product constantly evolve and to ensure that Good Sign can offer the leading subscription management capabilities for Microsoft Business Applications.

Skills that matter most for this role

• 3-5 years of work experience in the relevant field.
• Definition skills to the integrations and workflows.
• You specify the needed capabilities (features, APIs, user experiences) and translate those to our engineering team.
• Adaptability. You know how to speak to people who work in different roles and come from different backgrounds.
• Conceptual thinker combined with a practical approach.
• Inspiring to work with customers and their new opportunities and challenges.
• You are accustomed to leading workshops and being accountable for progress.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
• Thought leadership to our internal Microsoft vision.
• Fluent English and Finnish languages are a must, both oral and written.
