Service Manager to Our Helsinki Office

We are looking for a Service Manager to join our growing team in Helsinki. This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team in a fast-growing SaaS company – you get to help our customers in digitalizing their business processes and entering a new era of agile business models. About the Role

In this position, you will join a small team and work closely with our technical consultants and other experts. You take care of designated customers and understand their product-related technical needs, which you then communicate to our consultants to ensure that our customers have the most relevant product features or that the needs are achieved through configuration. In addition to this, you coordinate e.g., version updates and support requests to your team.

After a comprehensive introduction to Good Sign's product and customer base, you will gradually take more responsibility with new customers from different industries and get to know their operations more deeply. You will have a real impact on Good Sign’s future as you develop a comprehensive understanding of customers' technical needs and play a key role in communicating needs to consultants and the product team.

The position is full-time and permanent. We hope that you can join us at our Helsinki office from time to time, especially in the beginning, and be willing to meet customers at their offices as well, if necessary.

About Our New Service Manager

You might be the Service Manager we are looking for if you know your way around customer interface – ideally you have accumulated previous experience in suitable tasks over a period of several years.

The ideal candidate is also comfortable with technical aspects and principles of software development, but, for example, hands-on experience in coding is not expected. Ultimately, the prerequisites for success are a genuine interest in long-term customer work and the ability to internalize various business operations and technical needs.

You work smoothly with various customers as well as internal stakeholders, and with your excellent teamwork and interaction skills, you ensure smooth and clear communication both internally and externally.

Our Humble Expectations

• Several years of relevant work experience
• Genuine interest in customer work and courage to actively cooperate with customers
• Strong interaction skills and ability for both technical and business thinking
• Accurate and effective working style
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Fluency in Finnish and English

We’re Really Excited About

• Interest or previous experience in the SaaS/ICT industry
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and/or certificates (e.g. ITIL)
• A relevant university degree
