Solution consultant, ITSM and Cloud Service

 

Our customer base is growing, and we are looking for a new professional to join our service team to guide our customers in their service transformation.


About The Role

As a Solution Consultant, you guide our customers in their service transformation and help them grow recurring revenue streams through automated service monetization. Our customers are B2B companies that aim to improve their service pricing and billing process and/or monetize new service business models. You are involved in multiple phases of the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales via customer onboarding to continuous innovation with the customers.

 
Skills that matter most for this role
  • Analyze customers’ (mainly IT service / cloud service providers) opportunities and challenges regarding service pricing and billing.
  • Design data models and processes that enable automated usage-based invoicing
  • Implement business structures and invoicing logics together with technical consultants to Good Sign software
  • Assist customers in taking the solution into use
  • Documenting best practices in ITSM and Cloud billing automation

our expectations

We are looking for experience in touchpoints between business, financial processes, and IT systems. You may be a seasoned professional, or you are more at the beginning of your career. We prefer you to have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field. Especially we value experience from ITSM and Cloud Service business.

 
Skills We Are Looking For
  • Understanding some of the following business practices and processes
    • Service or operations business
    • Business development
    • Pricing and billing process
    • Cloud Services
    • Controlling
  • Experience in IT service management or managed service provider, either on a vendor or customer side
  • Alternatively, your work experience is in IT consultancy or IT development with a thorough experience of working with businesses to improve efficiency and innovate new service models
  • We also appreciate technical skills; SQL skills, ERP, or business intelligence tools will be regarded as benefits.
