Technical solution consultant

 

Our customer base is growing, and we are looking for a new professional to join our service team to guide our customers in their service transformation.


About The Role

As a Solution Consultant, you guide our customers in their service transformation by designing and implementing robust service monetization solutions. Our customers are B2B companies that aim to improve their service pricing and billing process and/or launch new service business models. You are involved in multiple phases of the customer lifecycle, from pre-sales via customer onboarding to continuous innovation with the customers.

 

As a technical solution consulant, you will
  • Analyze customers’ service transformation opportunities and challenges
  • Design service business data models sand processes
  • Set up data interfaces and configure the customer solutions to Good Sign service monetization platform according to company best practices
  • Implement SQL-based pricing, billing and service orchestration rules and custom reports against solution specifications
  • Contribute to Product Development process e.g. by raising new feature candidates and testing
  • Create solution documentation

We are looking for a conceptual thinker and practical doer to implement world class service digitalization solutions to our B2B customers. You are familiar with data architecture and data modelling work. You have good SQL skills, and you like to use them in problem solving and developing innovative solutions. Specialty knowledge of SQL databases, ERP, or business intelligence tools will be regarded as benefits.

You may be a seasoned professional, or you are more at the beginning of your career. We prefer you to have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the relevant field. We also expect you to have an understanding of core business processes and information systems in B2B service business.

  • Your curious mind guides you to identify key development areas with customers, and your systematic approach enables translating these development areas to structured solutions
  • Conceptual thinker combined with a practical approach
  • Inspired to design and implement solutions to logical problems that eventually lead to customer value 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English and Finnish languages are a must, both oral and written.
