Good Sign named Winner of the 2015 Red Herring Top 100 Europe Award

HELSINKI – 15th April 2015 - Good Sign has just been named as one of the winners of Red Herring´s Top 100 Europe award.  

Red Herring´s Top 100 Europe is a prestigious list honoring the year´s most promising private technology ventures from the European business region. Red Herring editors were among the first to recognize companies like Facebook, Twitter, Google, Yahoo, Skype and eBay that would change the way we live and work.   

The Red Herring editorial team selected the most innovative companies from the wide pool across Europe and the nominees were evaluated on 20 main quantitative and qualitative criterion which include disruptive impact, market footprint, proof of concept, financial performance, technology innovation, social value, quality of management, execution of strategy, and integration into their respective industries.  

This unique assessment of potential was complemented by a review of the actual track record and standing of a company allowing Red Herring to see past the “buzz” and make the list a valuable instrument for discovery and advocacy for the most promising new business models from around the Europe.   

“Selecting startups that show the most potential for disruption and growth is never easy,” said Alex Vieux, publisher and CEO of Red Herring. “We looked at hundreds and hundreds of candidates from all across the continent, and after much thought and debate, narrowed the list down to the Top 100 Winners. Each year, the competition gets tougher but we believe Good Sign demonstrates the vision, drive and innovation that define a Red Herring Top 100.”
