Project Manager, Customer Onboarding

About the Role

We are looking for an analytical thinker who has solid work experience in successfully driving SaaS/PaaS software onboarding projects. Your daily tasks include managing SaaS software onboarding to customers – to ensure customers get the solution in use in agreed schedule.

You work with the customer and Good Sign personnel. The project manager will report to our VP, Solution Consulting, and join our Solution Consulting and Delivery team.

You also support our SaaS software sales as needed and help us to continuously improve our SaaS onboarding model.

In the onboarding you are responsible for:
  • Project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Leading the project team (manage in a matrix, not direct supervisory role)
  • Project reporting and invoicing
  • Project change management
  • Project resourcing

Our expectations

  • Minimum 3-5 years of expertise in SaaS software onboarding
  • Suitable Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • Ability to master multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Excellent communication skills with domestic and international customers, partners, and internally
  • Fluent English and Finnish languages are a must, both oral and written.
